Privacy

Broadcast Media Africa organises Broadcasters and is responsible for the personal information you give us on this website. We collect the details you enter when you register, book a hotel, request an invitation letter or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, job title, organisation and country, and the details of your booking. We use them to manage your registration and payment, send your e-ticket, confirmations and event updates, run the delegate hub and produce your badge and documents. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; card details never reach this website. Your profile appears in the delegate directory so other delegates can contact you through the hub. You can hide it at any time under Profile > Privacy in your delegate hub. Your email address is never shown to other delegates. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the event, accounting and legal obligations. To see, correct or delete your information, email info@broadcastingandmedia.com.
